Colts will play the Baltimore Ravens
Posted by Indianapolis Tickets in Football, Uncategorized, affiliates on January 10th, 2010
The Baltimore Ravens stand in the way of the Indianapolis Colts returning to the AFC Championship game. The Ravens pummeled the Patriots Sunday 33-14 in Gillette Stadium, the home of the New England Patriots, to earn the right to play the Colts.
The sixth seeded Ravens will find a well rested and fired up Indianapolis Colts team lead by newly crowned league MVP Peyton Manning. The last time these two teams meet was Nov 22 in Baltimore. That day the Colts came away with their 7th straight win over the Ravens, 17-15. Manning passed for 299 yards and one touchdown but still gave up two interceptions. The Colts Defense allowed 354 total yards but held the Ravens to five Ravens field goals.
The Colts hope to continue their playoff journey this weekend with a win against the Ravens. Did you miss the last run to the Super Bowl the Colts had in 2007? Don’t miss it this time!
